Rank: Genin+ but the power increases as you advance in Rank.

RequirementS: Wind element, Katana.

Description: User focuses wind chakra to his/her katana swinging it at the opponent, the wind around the katana is realeases from the katana going towards the opponent.......only making a whistling sound in the wind,,,and can't be seen....since it's just wind..

Dance of the dead dragon:Can only be choosen by leader/has to be a kage
The user grows a armor that looks like a dragon that is extremely strong. The user also has a tail and this can be used combined with '' Special clan jutsu: Dance of camellia'' to make a great combo.
